Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Market Development Specialist to join the RDN Field Market Development Team in the United States. The role drives HTN patient access by building awareness, program development, and strategic alignment with sales, physicians, and administrators.

You will lead market expansion efforts, pilot launch activities, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure successful deployment of this novel therapy for HTN patients.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in marketing, program or market development, or 2 years with advanced degree.
• - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• - Nice to Have: healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Implement and pilot the organization’s launch strategy in HTN care.
• Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with administrators and physician stakeholders.
• Identify stakeholders to create partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists and HTN specialists.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and field teams to expand HTN access and awareness.
• Travel up to 50% and align with cross-functional teams.
