Job summary

RPM SPG seeks a dynamic sales professional to accelerate revenue in the Twin Cities Metro area. You will secure and expand key architect, designer, contractor, distributor, and end-user accounts while meeting margin and product mix objectives.

You will travel within the geography, manage ongoing relationships, and deliver technical collateral and training to customers, supporting Tremco CPG product lines. The role emphasizes strategic planning and disciplined sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in construction/industry.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals in Twin Cities Metro.
• Develops and grows account opportunities with key decision makers.
• Prepare strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral, product prospectus, and presentations.
