The position emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and CCNA, while maintaining accountability for assets, budgets, and safety standards in a dynamic beverage services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school or relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in oral and written communication, including presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops manpower, budget, and business plans for the Local Operations Center (LOC).
• Directs resources to maintain and improve deliverables in a changing environment.
• Conducts performance evaluations and coaching; initiates training as needed.
• Develops and maintains SOPs for Equipment Services (EQS).
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, operations, and CCNA.
• Leads and develops a team to deliver results and safety.
• Maintains a safe working environment and DOT compliance if required.
