The Territory Manager, Tech Services at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Greenville, SC leads the Local Operations Center team, developing staff, managing the budget, and delivering high-quality mechanical and installation service while controlling costs.

The role is 50% field-based and partners with sales and customers to resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, reliable equipment service that supports growth.

Formación

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• Valid driver's license.
• One to three years of management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develops manpower, budget, and business plans for the LOC.
• Directs resources to meet deliverables and schedules.
• Conducts performance evaluations and coaching.
• Implements SOPs for Equipment Services and SOP improvements.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, HR, operations, and CCNA.
• Leads a team to achieve goals and fosters a safe, productive culture.
• Ensures safety policies and DOT inspections where required.
• Delivers service excellence for internal and external customers.
