Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Local Operations Center (LOC) team and budget.
• Coordinate resources to meet deliverables and resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs for Equipment Services and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, operations and CCNA.
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance, and performance management of teammates.
