Qualifikationen

• One to three years management experience
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior beverage industry, sales, and/or tech service experience a plus
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Develops manpower, budget, and business plans for the Local Operations Center (LOC).
• Identifies and directs resources to maintain and improve deliverables in a changing environment.
• Ensures performance through ride-alongs, development plans, training, and corrective action.
• Delivers SOPs for Equipment Services including vending and installation.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, operations, CCNA; shares best practices.
