Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Local Operations Center (LOC) with budget, staffing, and business planning.
• Direct resources to meet deliverables and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Improve productivity and maintain a performance-based culture in the LOC.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for Equipment Services components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance across the LOC.
• Deliver business plan components within the LOC.
