Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Territory Manager, Tech Services to lead and develop the Local Operations Center and its team, deliver high-quality mechanical and installation service, manage costs, and ensure asset accountability.

This role is 50% field-based and collaborates with sales and customers to resolve technical service issues, while implementing continuous improvement, safety, and performance standards across the center.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and manage all aspects and staff of the Local Operations Center (LOC).
• Develop manpower, budget, and business plans for LOC.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, HR, and CCNA to align plans and improve results.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement SOPs for Equipment Services (EQS).
• Ensure safety practices and successful execution of Rural Execution Daily (RED) and performance goals.
