Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Territory Manager, Tech Services in Johnson City, TN. This role leads a Local Operations Center (LOC), develops a high-performing team, manages budgets, and drives accountability for assets and parts. The position is 50% field-based and emphasizes safe execution of RED.

The candidate will work with sales and customers to resolve technical service issues, implement SOPs, and continuously improve operations while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Local Operations Center (LOC) team and budget.
• Develop workforce plans and drive cost control.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, HR, operations, CCNA.
