Job summary

2020 Companies, a staffing partner for Dell, seeks a full-time Brand Representative to build relationships and awareness inside retail stores across the assigned market. The role focuses on communicating product features, training store staff, and driving in-store engagement with shoppers.

The ideal candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills who can energize shoppers, partner with store management, and maintain Dell brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience in electronics preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train and motivate store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers and retail channel partners
• Develop partnership with retail store management to foster sales driving activities with associates
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store associates and managers
• Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean
• Set Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed within assigned Markets
• Opportunity to travel for Merchandising throughout the nation
• Drive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers
• Build and maintain industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships
• Educate customers while making product recommendations
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices
• Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations
• Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed
