2020 Companies, Inc. seeks a full-time Brand Representative to advocate for Dell in retail environments across Queens, NY. You will refresh displays, train staff, and build strong store relationships to drive product adoption.

The role includes travel within the territory, incentive-based performance, and benefits eligibility. A strong emphasis on in-store customer engagement and brand standards is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
• Build partnerships with store leaders and educate retail associates on Dell offerings.
• Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers and generate brand excitement.
• Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers and retail channel partners.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front-line store associates and managers.
