Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience preferred.
• 6+ months training experience preferred in direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through direct and indirect sales in retail stores.
• Develop partnerships with store management to foster sales activities.
• Schedule and facilitate product training with front line staff and managers.
• Ensure products are displayed, functional, and clean.
• Travel within 70 miles of ideal market ZIP code for merchandising nationwide.
