2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative to represent Dell in retail environments around Orland Park, IL. The role focuses on building relationships, training store staff, and enhancing Dell product displays and shopper engagement.

You will travel regionally within the market, deliver product demonstrations, and help meet Dell-related sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience in consumer electronics or similar.
• 6+ months of successful training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform consultative selling and handle objections.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel within 70 miles of ideal market ZIP code.
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and sales in Dell retail environments.
• Schedule and conduct product training with store associates and managers.
• Ensure displays are clean, functional and up-to-date with Dell branding.
• Visit multiple store locations regularly; build relationships with store leadership.
• Provide feedback on shelf space, pricing, and merchandising opportunities.
• Record activities and report sales results and best practices.
