The ideal candidate will be a people-person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training store staff and maintaining brand standards across displays. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct consultative selling and engage customers.
• Willingness to travel within 70 miles of the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence by representing Dell in retail stores.
• Refresh and reset product displays quarterly.
• Build partnerships with store management and staff.
• Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training for staff.
• Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers.
• Report on sales activities and customer insights.
• Participate in events and promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Ensure brand standards and merchandising compliance.
