Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through direct and indirect sales activities with customers and retailers.
• Develop partnerships with store management to foster sales activities with associates.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store staff.
• Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean.
• Set Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed within markets.
• Travel within territory for merchandising and in-store engagement.
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and document activities.
