Job summary

Wilsonart International is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to promote Wilsonart and Non-Wilsonart products within a designated territory. The role focuses on developing relationships with cabinet, millwork, and building industry buyers and influencers.

You will travel within the sales territory to meet prospects, conduct calls and meetings, and manage accounts from lead to close, while maintaining product knowledge and CRM activity to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 3+ years of proven field sales experience; building products industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Forecast sales and develop strategies and models.
• Develop accounts and opportunities to generate sales growth across builder and contractor segments.
