Wilsonart求人: The Regional Sales Representative for Wilsonart Quartz will drive Quartz growth by leading strategic engagement with both independent distribution and company owned management, sales and specification teams.

This role will work directly with large fabrication companies to increase Wilsonart Quartz visibility, will develop and drive OEM relationships and work with your peers to ensure seamless availability of Wilsonart Quartz across north America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years field selling or specification experience.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts.

Aufgaben

• Promote and Sell Wilsonart Quartz across NA regions.
• Manage Independent Distribution Sales Teams to grow market share.
• Coordinate with Company Owned Sales Teams to drive growth and consistency.
• Collaborate with Major Fabrication Partners to secure placements and feedback.
• Develop OEM Partnerships with manufacturers in housing, RVs, office furniture, and medical devices.
• Engage with industry organizations to raise visibility of Wilsonart Quartz.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and outcomes.
