Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces seeks an experienced Metro Sales Representative in Denver. You will promote Wilsonart and related products to cabinet, millwork, and building-industry buyers, while developing strong relationships with specifiers and customers across the territory.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales, a Bachelor's in Business or related field, and the ability to forecast and drive growth through effective prospecting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven field sales experience in the design/build products industry is a plus.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market Wilsonart and related products to cabinet, millwork and building industry buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, specifiers and distributors within the territory.
• Forecast sales, create demand with Fabricators, Cabinet, Millwork, Kitchen & Bath accounts, and General Contractors.
• Travel within the territory to meet prospects and customers, including overnight travel.
• Document activities in CRM to track progress and capture sales.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
