Wilsonart is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to lead Quartz growth by engaging with distributors, OEMs, and fabrication partners across North America. You will drive awareness, build OEM relationships, and collaborate with sales and specification teams to ensure product availability and adoption.

The role requires strategic selling, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership, product, and marketing to strengthen Wilsonart Quartz in the North American market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar field.
• 5+ years of field selling or specification experience required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Wilsonart Quartz to distributors and OEMs.
• Manage Independent Distribution Sales Teams.
• Work with leadership to develop growth programs.
• Train sales and specification teams to promote Wilsonart Quartz.
• Engage and encourage sales and specification teams to focus on Wilsonart Quartz.
• Drive projects to ensure specifications from concept to fabrication.
• Work with company-owned leadership to drive growth in Wilsonart Quartz.
• Develop OEM partnerships with manufacturers in target industries.
• Engage with industry organizations to increase visibility.
