Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to represent a world-class spirits portfolio in San Francisco and surrounding cities. This on-site role involves building relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts, executing commercial plans, and driving distribution growth.

You will partner with suppliers and customers, manage territory priorities, and educate staff on spirits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Meet sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities and customer needs.
• Act as spirits expert to create programs, provide education and training, and coordinate with supplier leadership on market activities.
