Job summary

WeLink Communications, Inc is hiring a Territory Sales Representative (1099) to grow our SMB customer base in the Los Angeles area. You will own assigned leads, build relationships with local businesses, and expand WeLink's market presence through field-based engagement with decision-makers.

Come develop a new territory with WeLink’s business internet solutions, participate in a fast-paced sales cycle, and enjoy uncapped commissions, weekly payouts, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales, B2B sales, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned territory and develop a growth strategy for SMB sales.
• Identify businesses and commercial areas with new sales opportunities.
• Build a consistent pipeline of potential new customers and establish presence in new markets.
• Meet with owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand connectivity needs and present WeLink solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close new accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to installation and activation.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and seek opportunities for referrals and future growth.
