Job summary

WeLink is seeking a motivated SMB Outside Sales Representative to launch and grow our small and medium-sized business base in new markets. This field-based role focuses on identifying businesses needing better internet, building relationships with owners and decision-makers, and turning new markets into revenue-generating territories.

You will meet with owners, present WeLink's solutions, overcome objections, and close deals while coordinating with install teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B, outside sales, or field-based sales.
• Ability to walk into businesses and start conversations with unfamiliar people.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Telecommunications, internet, or B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new SMB sales opportunities in assigned markets.
• Prospect businesses through in-person visits and occasional cold outreach.
• Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Meet face-to-face to assess internet and connectivity needs.
• Present WeLink's business internet solutions and value.
• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installation and activation.
