WeLink is seeking a B2B-SMB Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Los Angeles area. You will prospect, meet decision-makers face-to-face, and promote our next-generation wireless fiber-like internet solutions while managing a local territory.

The role is a 1099 contract with an aggressive uncapped commission structure and a guaranteed $2,000 monthly stipend for the first 90 days to help you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, field sales, outside sales, business development or technology sales.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial with strong discipline to manage territory independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executives and business owners.

Responsabilités

• Territory & field prospecting: travel daily within designated territory to meet SMB decision-makers.
• Consultative product presentation: maintain knowledge of WeLink services to differentiate solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM management: track and update leads, activities, and deals in CRM.
• Consultative deal closing: assess needs, overcome objections, present proposals, close deals.
• Relationship building & post-sale support: coordinate with teams to ensure onboarding and cross-selling opportunities.
