WeLink Communications, Inc. seeks a B2B-SMB Outside Sales Representative in Los Angeles to lead field sales within a defined territory. You will prospect, meet owners and decision-makers, and advance conversations into lasting client relationships using consultative selling of our wireless fiber-like internet solutions.

Role emphasizes self-motivation, territory management, and closing skills. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and a guaranteed $2,000/month stipend for the first 90 days

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or outside sales with SMB focus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a territory with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within designated territory to meet SMB decision-makers.
• Deliver consultative presentations and differentiate WeLink solutions.
• Rigorously manage leads and opportunities in CRM.
• Perform needs assessments and close deals to meet targets.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding and cross-sell.
