Job summary

WeLink Communications, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative for the Los Angeles area to drive SMB and MDU internet sales in-person.

This field-based role focuses on prospecting, presenting WeLink’s millimeter-wave, high-speed internet solutions, and closing deals with business owners and property managers. The position offers uncapped commissions, a paid training period, and flexible scheduling in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B outside sales experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business within an assigned Los Angeles territory.
• Visit businesses in person to introduce WeLink's commercial internet solutions.
• Identify and connect with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop relationships with property owners, property managers, and MDU decision-makers.
• Identify internet and connectivity needs and recommend solutions that fit the customer's business or property.
• Generate your own leads through in-person prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product discussions.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and move opportunities toward close.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective SMB and MDU customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to help move customers from sale to installation.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent WeLink professionally in the field and build a strong reputation within your territory.
