Job summary

ResPro Sleep is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence across an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on creating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and growing long-term collaborations with channel partners, physician practices, sleep clinicians, and other healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate has healthcare sales experience, understands CPAP, home sleep testing, and sleep diagnostics, and is willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare or related B2B sales.
• Experience selling to physicians, practices, or healthcare providers preferred.
• Familiarity with CPAP, sleep diagnostics, or home sleep testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your assigned territory by identifying opportunities and building a pipeline.
• Prospect for and develop relationships with channel partners, sleep specialists, and healthcare organizations.
• Present, negotiate, close, and grow business with decision-makers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams for implementation.
