Job summary

North American Slate, the American subsidiary of Rathscheck Schiefer, is seeking a sales representative to drive new business and manage the full sales cycle across the Southeastern region. You will identify customers, build relationships and negotiate terms with contractors, suppliers and architects.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and a willingness to travel up to 50% across GA, NC, SC, VA, and TN.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferably in a related field.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, drive and resilience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel and extensive face-to-face contact (up to 50% travel).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers and build lasting partnerships.
• Meet contractors, suppliers, and architects; negotiate pricing terms and concessions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership for sales and project oversight.
• Forecast and monitor pipeline to reach sales targets.
• Manage leads, send information and samples, coordinate logistics.
