Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Entry Level Territory Service/Stocking Representative to service Lowe's stores in the Mansfield and surrounding Ohio territory.

You will travel between assigned stores, stock replenishment, process credits for damaged products, and maintain inventory accuracy while building strong relationships with store personnel. This role requires English fluency and a valid driver’s license, with a daytime schedule and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned stores within Territory on a regular schedule to service the store.
• Manage strong relationships with store personnel (store management, red vest, MST, etc.).
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing focus and cycle counts and notifying customers of changes when appropriate.
• Maintain appearance of the Company’s products in the store by cleaning, culling, placing orders, credits, and POS materials.
• Provide training to store personnel on the Company’s products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, market conditions, and opportunities and recommend changes.
• Facilitate store reset activity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required.
• Participate in special events (Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, Training, Meetings).
