Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Entry Level Territory Service/Stocking Representative to service Lowe's stores across a multi-store territory. You will stock replenishment orders manually, process credits, perform counts, manage stock levels, and assist with product resets and training.

The role covers Columbus, Marion, Wooster, Mt. Vernon, Wadsworth, and Mansfield with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and a $2,000 sign-on bonus plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of current auto insurance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned stores within the Territory on a regular schedule to service the store.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory and notify customers of changes when needed.
• Keep product presentation up to date and process returns and credits.
• Provide product and service training to store personnel.
• Analyze performance and suggest changes based on market conditions.
