Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts within our territory. You will present FleetPride solutions in a consultative manner, build trust, and close deals while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires 1–2 years in business development or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in business development or sales.
• Experience in the Medium/Heavy Duty Service industry preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience with Rigdig or other lead generation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify and qualify potential customers in a territory.
• Sales and relationship building; negotiate and close deals with new customers.
• Account management: onboard new customers and pursue upselling and cross-selling.
• Reporting and analysis of sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs.
• Collaboration with Service Center and other teams to improve processes and outcomes.
