MHS Lift is seeking an Industrial Supply Service Account Manager for the New Castle, DE area. Regular full-time role handling sales in the territory and growing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience.
• 1-3 years of industrial or warehouse equipment sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new service and sales opportunities within an assigned territory
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Service existing customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for expansion
• Generate new business through canvassing, cold calling, and relationship development
• Track and manage customer activity using internal systems and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Accounting, and internal Sales and Service teams
