Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to drive sales across a multi-state territory, with heavy travel to CT/NY areas. You will build strategic plans, train customers, and coordinate events to maximize consumable usage and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years B2B or business-to-business sales experience required.
• Ideal candidates will have experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA regulated environment.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence and close are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales strategy for the assigned territory and customer base.
• Drive territory penetration through calls, planning, and forecasting.
• Lead product demonstrations and customer training to drive consumable usage.
• Coordinate attendance at user meetings, workshops, and tradeshows.
• Develop key relationships and identify new customers while maintaining existing ones.
