Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Territory Manager to drive product sales within a defined region in the United States. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering data-driven presentations, and meeting sales targets.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, B2B sales experience, and willingness to travel overnight as needed. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Resides in or near the assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving history to operate a company vehicle.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.
• Driving in a large territory for long periods.
• Lifting sample boxes up to 25 pounds is required; accommodations available if unable to lift.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills and allocate resources to drive results.
• Develop customer relationships to drive results.
• Understand business analytics, customer data, and tools.
• Build account and territory plans.
• Target high-prescribing HCPs using available data.
• Deliver sales presentations on products to target HCPs.
• Meet or exceed call averages and sales performance.
• Understand portfolio, therapies, and managed care landscape.
• Operate territory with data-driven targeting.
• Attend sales training, meetings, and conferences.
