Job summary

Bausch Health invites applications for a Territory Manager to advance Pain products by executing a disciplined territory plan and delivering education to healthcare professionals. You will be the primary contact for Pain HCPs, driving adoption, and supporting total account management with cross-functional partners.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to manage a geographic territory, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Resides in or near assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on clinical attributes for approved indications.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans to achieve results.
• Educate healthcare providers on prescribing and product information.
• Provide patient support resources and use approved materials.
• Complete training and certification for products and disease states.
• Maintain CRM records and support analytics and compliance.
