Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Primary Care Territory Manager to drive sales in a defined Ohio region. You will build strong customer relationships, develop territory plans, and use data to target high-potential accounts and prescribers across the product portfolio.

The role requires pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel. Base pay ranges widely with eligibility for annual bonus or sales incentives; standard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Resides in or near the assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history; ability to drive company vehicle.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data to target high-prescribing HCPs.
