Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Wabash, Edwards, and Wayne Counties. You will act as the brand ambassador, deepen agronomic knowledge, and drive sales by managing existing accounts and recruiting new ones.

Collaboration with the Regional Sales Agronomist will provide strong support to meet district goals. You should bring three+ years in agriculture (agronomy, crops, or seed sales), proven sales techniques, and a track record in dealer development and

Qualifications

Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques, as well as strong negotiating skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.
Evidence of dealer development and retention success.
Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies within the territory to meet district sales goals.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, directly or through a designated seller.
