Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience (agronomy, crop production or seed sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, negotiation skills and dealer development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high level sales support.
