Job summary

Stokes Seeds is seeking a Territory Sales role covering Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will work to meet targets through proactive territory management and regular customer visits across the region.

You will build profitable relationships, support product trials, and help expand the customer base while maintaining a professional company image. Travel and field days are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales.
• Vegetable seed industry experience preferred.
• Must live in DE, MD or NJ.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Sell and service Stokes Seeds products.
• Lead growth of the territory's customer base.
• Collaborate with the VP Sales to develop and serve customers.
• Establish, maintain, and collect data from product trials.
• Assist in events in the territory (tradeshows, field days, sales meetings, etc.).
• Brokering of vegetative cuttings to greenhouses in the territory.
• Maintain expense budgets aligned with regional objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
