Job summary

ADT is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit small business locations, demonstrate secure and smart solutions, and tailor systems to each business. You will build trust, identify needs, and guide clients to the right security and automation options. Training is provided with uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll travel within your designated territory, leverage technology to stay organized, and pursue new leads while delivering real value to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to travel within a territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to uncover leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder who can consult with customers and guide to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit business layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and generate leads within your territory.
