Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in designated markets. You’ll leverage provided leads and self-generation to build a robust book of business, and you’ll be rewarded with a guaranteed first-year compensation of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions and sales contests.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Must be able to obtain required security licenses as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and nurture client relationships.
• Utilize provided leads and self-generating efforts to expand territory.
• Generate revenue by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction.
