Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in the Loves Park, IL area to drive growth for our security solutions portfolio. You will establish relationships within your designated territory, develop new business through various channels, and work toward annual sales targets.

We offer a strong compensation package with guaranteed first-year earnings of $70,000 plus upside, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain specified security licenses as required by state where travel occurs.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals weekly, monthly, and yearly.
