Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group, a leading distributor, seeks a field-based outside sales supervisor to support Combo/Full Book accounts across Vail, Aspen and surrounding areas. You’ll lead a team, drive account growth, and ensure compliant execution of sales plans.

Responsibilities include coaching a sales team, hitting territory targets, collaborating with internal partners, and tracking KPIs to optimize performance. This is a full-time, permanent role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and adequate insurance per company/state requirements.
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.
• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and leadership experience, or HS diploma with 7–9+ years of related experience and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts in the territory.
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
