Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales supervisor to cover Vail, Aspen, and surrounding areas. You will lead day-to-day sales operations, supervise staff, and drive growth across accounts with a focus on displays, pricing, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales in the territory.
• Assist sales account managers with setting objectives, managing follow-ups, and tracking KPIs.
