You will perform calls, present products, quote prices, take orders, and close transactions while delivering strong customer service and cross‑department coordination to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• 1-3 years of progressively responsible work related experience and any combination of education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to learn and maintain indebt knowledge of the company’s diverse business and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales calls, including traveling to customers and facilities, sharing information and support, making sales presentations, quoting prices, taking orders and closing transactions.
• Provide customer service to ensure resolution of issues within marketing policies.
• Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary.
• Monitor territory performance against established objectives and guidelines, taking strategic action to improve performance.
• Provide product feedback to managers or customer service to assist in meeting company objectives.
• Assist in establishing sales objectives for the territory with the District Manager and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide timely reporting of field activities and special reporting for business planning.
• Assist in developing a territory coverage plan defining support and contact frequency.
