The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive regional sales and customer engagement across the Eastern Pennsylvania territory. This field-based role requires extensive travel, with about 4 days per week in the field, visiting accounts quarterly and traveling throughout the territory.

You will execute sales strategies, manage key channels, and analyze market data to improve sell-through and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in sales, account management, strategic product support, or sales development programs is preferred.

• Execute regional sales and sell-out strategies across assigned territories to drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement.
• Manage and support key customer channels, ensuring strong product visibility and merchandising execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers, pursuing new business opportunities to expand territory performance.
• Analyze sales results, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommendations to improve sell-through and profitability.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and account teams to align sales plans, promotions, product launches, and field execution strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide customer and market insights to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
