Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the Harrisburg area seeks a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist to sell new and retreaded tires, manage existing accounts and grow new business. This role requires frequent local travel to customer sites and a strong customer-centric, value-driven sales approach.

You will participate in comprehensive tire and service training, develop market intelligence, and represent Goodyear professionally while pursuing aggressive sales objectives with a competitive compensation

Qualifications

2+ years of successful Sales and/or Business to Business experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
No relocation is being offered for this position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Actively seeking and developing new accounts and representing the company to potential customers.
Frequent local travel from customer sites to build relationships.
Selling company products and services.
Meeting sales goals set by management.
Developing knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Evaluating customer needs and using a value selling approach.
Attend sales training and build product knowledge.
Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
Deliver tires to customers as needed.
