Job summary

You will collaborate with regional managers to align sales plans, product launches, and field execution while maintaining CRM records and leveraging customer insights to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Progressive experience in sales, account management, strategic product support or sales development preferred.
• CRM platforms experience, especially Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales and sell-out strategies across assigned territories to drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement.
• Manage and support key customer channels, ensuring strong product visibility and merchandising execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers, pursuing new business opportunities to expand territory performance.
• Analyze sales results, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and improve sell-through and profitability.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and account teams to align sales plans, promotions, product launches, and field execution strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide customer and market insights to support forecasting and planning.
