Coric Industries LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Representative to drive territory growth by developing new accounts and supporting existing clients with maintenance agreements, parts, and service repairs.

You will coordinate with internal teams, present PM programs, and manage quotes and scheduling while meeting sales targets and maintaining strong product knowledge for customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Experience in material handling, industrial equipment, or service-based industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and expand service offerings.
• Present and sell Planned Maintenance (PM) Agreements, OEM and aftermarket parts, and services.
• Coordinate and follow up on service repair opportunities, including quoting, scheduling, and confirming completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service status, parts availability, and maintenance scheduling.
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and account status using CRM or designated systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for PM agreements, parts sales, and service revenue.
