Gregory-Poole-Equipment-Company in Garner, NC is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative I to promote and profitably sell after-market services including parts, repair services, PM programs, and on-site maintenance within an assigned territory.

You will drive aftermarket sales growth by expanding parts and service revenue, following up on engine deliveries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting quoting and CRM data accuracy to enable revenue growth.

Formación

• High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–5+ years in technical or sales roles.
• Experience in power generation industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow aftermarket sales of parts, repair services, PMs and maintenance.
• Proactively sell service work and maintenance agreements.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and customer quotes.
• Maintain CRM data and track quoted vs sold jobs.
• Travel daily to customer locations and maintain relationships.
• Support parts, service, and operations teams in quote development and delivery.
