Job summary

THE SEALS of DFW is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to grow our customer base in the commercial kitchen sector. This role blends outside sales with light installation work, so you'll build relationships with restaurant owners and complete hands-on service projects in your own territory.

You will prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens, generate new business through cold calls and referrals, install refrigeration gaskets and related components, and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Outside sales or service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with owners and managers.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
• Basic handyman skills and comfort using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within territory.
• Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency.
• Present solutions and close new sales opportunities.
• Track sales activity and customer information in CRM.
• Install refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components.
• Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
